The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & wellness center offered a variety of massages including full body, foot, back and head massages which left us feeling thoroughly relaxed. the Spa lounge was a peaceful haven, complete with a steam room and sauna. the restaurant staff were polite and accommodating, serving a delicious breakfast and special diet menus.
The only minor downside was the occasional noise from boats, which disturbed our sleep at times. we understand that this is beyond the hotel's control.

Lovely dining room with exhilarating view. Beautifully presented food. Well-trained staff, especially at breakfast. Spectacular rooftop pool setting. Incredible view of the Hudson river. Luxurious room and hotel. Exceptional outdoor terrace/bar with Statue of Liberty view. Super nice staff. Nice restaurant. Exclusivity.

The location of the hotel is stunning, offering incredible views of the Hudson river from both the rooms and the restaurant. The restaurant is known for its exceptional food and polite staff. the hotel is luxurious in all aspects, with well-appointed rooms and a lobby that provides a covered area for taxis during harsh weather conditions.
The reception staff at the hotel have been reported to be rude and have had arguments with guests.
